Our free HR Audit involves a full review of your current HR documents, systems, policies and procedures to identify “at risk” areas and the areas where change is recommended to ensure you comply with legislation and improve the effectiveness of your HR practices.

On completion, you will receive a no obligation report highlighting any areas for action.

Leadership & Management Funding

Leadership and management funding is currently available through Train to Gain and the NWDA to support the development of leaders and key managers.

Our Leadership & Management coaching equips business leaders and managers with the skills to protect their business through legislative compliance and enable them to achieve their business objectives through a best practice approach to people management and development.

Our personal development plans are tailored to individual requirements and can focus on the following areas:

1. Development and implementation of contracts, policies and procedures

2. HR processes and employee management for example handling sensitive issues such as restructure and redundancy, absence and performance management

3. The package also builds in a "bank" of time to provide coaching for issues that arise during the term of the project

The cost of the Leadership & Management package is £1,500. £500 is payable by the Client and £1000 is fully funded.
